What Caught Our Eye
West Paw’s Zisc is a soft, lightweight flying disc made for fetching on land or in the water. It floats, comes in bright colors that are easy to spot and, when playtime is over, can even flip over to double as a travel food or water bowl.
Why We Noticed
First, there’s the obvious: dogs + flying discs = a pretty reliable formula for fun.

But Zisc has a few smart twists on the classic game of fetch. Rather than hard plastic, it’s made from West Paw’s soft, flexible Zogoflex material, designed to be gentle on dogs’ mouths while still standing up to plenty of chasing, catching and retrieving.
It floats, making it ready for the beach, lake or pool. Turn it upside down and Zisc becomes a handy bowl for food or water while you’re out adventuring. And when it eventually reaches the end of its fetching days, West Paw will take it back and recycle the material into new toys.
Go On…

That last part is possible through West Paw’s Join the Loop® recycling program. Used Zogoflex and Seaflex toys can be returned to West Paw, where they’re sanitized, ground up and used to make new toys. West Paw says the materials maintain their strength through the process and can be recycled repeatedly.
