Meet Credo Beauty… clean beauty curator and catalyst and the Seeing Green Solutionist of the Day for August 29
Credo Beauty is the largest clean beauty retailer in the U.S., offering a curated collection of 130+ brands across skincare, haircare, makeup and fragrance, all vetted to meet its strict clean ingredient and ethical sourcing standards. Founded in 2015 to bring transparency, safety and integrity to the beauty industry, Credo has become a trusted destination for consumers seeking cleaner, conscious alternatives without sacrificing performance or style.
At the heart of Credo’s approach is the proprietary Credo Clean Standard, which bans over 2,700 harmful ingredients, requires full ingredient disclosure (including fragrance) and promotes safer formulations and responsible sourcing.
Credo also raises the bar on packaging sustainability. Its Sustainable Packaging Guidelines focus on smart design, responsibly sourced materials and end-of-life solutions. Credo also helped launch Pact, a nonprofit working to improve recyclability and circularity across the beauty sector.
