What Caught Our Eye

Under the Canopy’s Organic Flannel Sheet Set, made from 100% organic cotton with a soft, brushed finish designed for those nights when regular sheets suddenly aren’t cutting it anymore.

Because it’s late October. Temperatures are dropping. It’s officially time to turn up the cozy.

Why We Noticed

Flannel sheets are one of those small seasonal swaps that can make getting into bed on a chilly night considerably more appealing. And if you’re going to wrap yourself in flannel for eight hours, we like what Under the Canopy brings to the bed.

The sheets are made from 100% organic cotton and are both GOTS and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. At 160 GSM, the brushed flannel is designed to deliver that warm, fuzzy feel you want from flannel without making your bed feel ridiculously heavy.

Basically: cozy sheets with some solid sustainability credentials underneath them.

Go On…

Under the Canopy has been working with organic and more responsibly sourced textiles since long before they became common in the bedding aisle.

The brand uses a minimum of 97% organic cotton in its cotton products and follows the Global Organic Textile Standard, which sets requirements throughout textile processing for both environmental and social criteria. Under the Canopy also requires OEKO-TEX certification to help ensure its textiles are tested for harmful substances.

That makes these sheets a pretty good example of what we like about the brand: an everyday home essential made with more thoughtful materials, without making sustainability the only reason you’d want it.

Sometimes you just want a really cozy bed.
