Sneak Peek: Dream Puffs Join SmartSweets’ Lower Sugar Candy Lineup

SmartSweets is continuing its mission to reimagine candy with dramatically less sugar, no artificial sweeteners and ingredients designed to deliver a more enjoyable candy experience without some of the typical downsides.

At Sweets & Snacks Expo 2026, Seeing Green spoke with the co-CEOs of SmartSweets about the brand’s lineup of lower sugar gummies and candies, its focus on avoiding sugar alcohols and the company’s newest launch: Dream Puffs, a light, airy and squishy Swedish candy-inspired treat.
