Inside Expo West: Fabalish on Chickpeas, Aquafaba and Clean Ingredients

At Natural Products Expo West, Seeing Green spoke with Fabalish Foods about how the company is rethinking everyday favorites using chickpeas.

Fabalish makes baked falafel bites and a growing lineup of sauces, condiments and dressings built on aquafaba, the chickpea water that creates a creamy texture without eggs or dairy. The products feature simple ingredients, bold flavors and are free from the top nine allergens.
