At Natural Products Expo West we caught up with Lisa Stoy, founder of Green Girl Bakeshop, to talk about their plant-based ice cream sandwiches and gelato.

Green Girl Bakeshop makes dairy-free frozen desserts using coconut as the base and sweetening them with maple syrup. The recipes focus on simple ingredients like vanilla beans and cacao, creating organic, plant-based treats that are free from the top nine allergens.
