We’re heading to Sweets & Snacks Expo 2026 in Las Vegas next week to explore the brands, products and trends shaping what’s next in snacks and treats.

In this preview, we share a few of the brands already on our radar, from familiar Seeing Green favorites to newer discoveries we’re looking forward to exploring on the show floor.

We’ll be looking at everything from organic and plant-based ingredients to upcycled foods, better-for-you snacks, allergen-friendly products and more thoughtful approaches to packaging and sourcing.
