Inside Expo West: 7th Heaven Reimagines Vegan Chocolate

Vegan chocolate designed to deliver the creamy experience people expect from milk chocolate.

While at Natural Products Expo West, Seeing Green spoke with the team behind 7th Heaven Chocolate about the brand’s dairy-free, oat milk-based chocolate created to bring the taste and texture of traditional chocolate to plant-based consumers.

Founded with the goal of proving that vegan chocolate does not need to sacrifice taste, 7th Heaven spent years perfecting a formula designed to be rich, smooth and indulgent while containing about 30% less sugar. The brand’s lineup includes chocolate bars in multiple flavors, peanut butter cups, caramelized coconut and hazelnut cups, mixed nut varieties and new Dubai-style mini chocolate bars.
